Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using PinMiner (the "Service") operated by Visiored ("us", "we", or "our").

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

PinMiner is an AI-powered Pinterest marketing tool that turns website content into pin designs, SEO copy, and scheduled Pinterest posts.

User Accounts

To use our Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Free and Paid Services

PinMiner offers both free and paid services. You can generate pins from your website pages for free to preview how they look and whether they match your brand. To schedule and post pins directly to Pinterest, you need an active paid subscription.

Payments and Refunds

Paid subscriptions are processed through Polar, and by subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to comply with their terms and conditions. We allow refunds within 7 days of purchase only if your subscription credits have not been used during the billing period. Please contact us to request a refund.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Polar customer portal. If you cancel, you may continue to use the Service until the end of your current billing period, but your subscription will not renew afterward.

Subscription credits are allocated monthly and do not roll over to the next billing period. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle.

User Content

You may submit website URLs, page content, images, and other materials to the Service ("User Content"). You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and share any User Content you submit, and that your User Content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, store, and display that content solely to provide and improve the Service, including generating pins, SEO copy, and scheduling posts on your behalf.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited activities. You also agree not to interfere with the security, operation, or performance of the Service.

Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services such as Pinterest, Google, Polar, and OpenAI. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. PinMiner is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pinterest or any other third-party platform. We are not responsible for the availability, actions, or policies of third-party services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms, or if your use of the Service is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Visiored, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Visiored makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their Service, or the information, content or materials included therein. You expressly agree that your use of the Service, its content, and any services or items obtained from us is at your sole risk. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Changes to these Terms are effective when they are posted on this page.
